Nokia's Lumia 920 to go on sale in November




Nokia has decided to sell its new Lumia 920 in the month November under its new flagship smartphone using Microsoft's Windows software.
Though Nokia did not disclose the price or the exact dates for the launch of nokia 920 and 820 models

Through source in europe it is estimated to start the sales of Nokia Lumia 920  in the second half of the November also the 
larger countries will receive this model earlier month of november.

The Nokia Lumia 920 is said to roll under the PureView brand. But unlike the powerhouse camera of PureView 808, Lumia 920 will host an 8 MP camera and not the behemoth 41 MP camera the PureView 808 utilises.

Technology blog The Verge has confirmed that Lumia 920, and its younger sibling the Lumia 820, will feature a new charging mechanism, one that will require the phones to be charged wirelessly. 

The charging on the new Lumia phones will be induction based; contacts on the smartphones will be in line with contacts on a unique charging pad. Users can avail this option but will have to buy separate covers for it to work.


When it comes down to specs, the Lumia 920 will be powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 32GB of internal storage and running on 1GB RAM. Rumours about a 4.5-inch HD display have also been confirmed.

Following in its brother’s footsteps, the Lumia 820 will also feature a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB RAM but with 8GB of built-in storage. Nokia seeks to provide the Lumia 820 user with a microSD slot for additional storage purposes. The phone will also host a smaller 4.3-inch screen.
